Are you ready to unleash your creativity and lead the charge in attracting the brightest minds to Curtin University? Look no further We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Manager of Student Recruitment Events.

In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and project management of our student recruitment events - including Open Days for both Bentley and Kalgoorlie campuses, expos and info sessions targeting student recruitment. You will lead and manage an exciting new team to deliver successful events that bring our campus to life. You will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders, therefore strong stakeholder management is essential. This role will also manage brand sponsorship activations to effectively leverage opportunities for the university.

As the Manager of Student Recruitment Events, you will have the opportunity to showcase your versatility and strategic thinking by curating events that appeal to different audiences. Whether it's creating an intimate and engaging info session for parents and teachers, or orchestrating a grand-scale event that leaves a lasting impression, your creativity and adaptability will be the key to our success.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Postgraduate qualifications coupled with extensive experience in project and event management, or equivalent combination of experience and training in a related field. (**Minimum of 5 years event management experience**).
- A valid Working with Children’s Check - **_essential requirement_**:

- Extensive experience with management and co-ordination of large and complex projects/events and the ability to coordinate large groups of staff and volunteers.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage change and ensure projects meet scope, time and budget.
- High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to ability to build and manage influential relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee risk management strategies and adhere to health and safety compliance measures.
