**Your role**:
As the appointed Civil Designer, your main responsibility will be to uphold professional and technical standards that align with the project's information requirements. You will be held accountable for the engineering deliverables delivered by the business to both internal and external clients, ensuring the maintenance of exceptional standards. Additionally, you will actively seek opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within your work.

**In your role you will be expected to**:

- Ensure adherence to professional and technical standards that fulfill project information requirements for various projects.
- Take ownership of engineering deliverables from the companies practice, serving both internal and external clients.
- Uphold the highest standards while actively pursuing innovation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Engage in collaborative teamwork to achieve project objectives.
- Foster productive relationships across different levels of client organizations.

**What do you need?**
- Demonstrate a track record of 3-5 years in a comparable position within Civil Infrastructure.
- Possess qualifications in Drafting, BIM/Digital Engineering, or Engineering design.
- Show a commitment to fostering the growth and development of emerging talent.
- Embrace a positive attitude and display unwavering attention to detail.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of applicable Australian Standards and Codes.
- Have experience in utilizing design software such as Autocad, 12D, and Civil 3D.
