**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Faculty of Building Construction Trades provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to effectively teach theoretical and practical sessions, to students in skills set covering sewing and operations of machines.

This skill set is to provide learners with the opportunity to learn in a practical environment, where the target cohort has full-time access in their workplace to specialised sewing machinery, cutting and pressing equipment, and performs multi-skilled operations and processes of a routine and repetitive nature.

**Salary**:$82.01 - $88.60 per hour + 10.5% super (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Casual

**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.
- Appropriate industry qualification
- Relevant Industry Experience
