**Job Description**:
Are you a skilled workshop professional with a passion for logistics and a knack for problem-solving? Are you seeking an exciting opportunity that allows you to travel across Australia while supporting fleet and workshop operations? Toll Group's Equipment division is seeking a Workshop & Fleet Support.

Based in Brisbane, this role will report to the National Maintenance & Fleet Manager and offers the unique chance to travel interstate to many of Australia’s remote locations and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include managing workshops when managers are on leave, providing support to the fleet management teams to undertake site inspections and equipment audits.

As the Workshop & Fleet Support, you will:

- Travel across Australia to manage workshops in the absence of workshop managers, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Support the National Fleet/Workshop Manager in coordinating and overseeing workshop activities, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the Australian fleet team to ensure the efficient maintenance and servicing of our diverse fleet.
- Assist in inventory stocktakes across the Australian workshop portfolio
- Undertake remove site inspections and audits on active fleet
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely availability of required equipment, spare parts, and resources.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An Australian recognised trade qualification( Heavy Vehicle Road Transport), or previous experience in a workshop management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel frequently within Australia, sometimes with short notice.
