Dog Groomer

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent pet groomer.
- Holds an animal first aid certification.
- Holds minimum B-level pet groomer certification or other equivalent internationally recognised certification.
- Excellent grooming skills, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling. Able to independently complete dog show grooming style for breeds dog.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality grooming results.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints, manage phone reservations and use appointment management software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bathe, brush, and groom dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Trim and style dog coats according to breed standards or owner preferences.
- Clean and maintain grooming tools and equipment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets during the grooming process.
- Monitor pet health and report any concerns to pet owners or management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client questions and addressing any concerns.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of grooming services provided.
- Keep the grooming area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on grooming techniques and trends through continued education and training.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
