Noc Technician

As part of our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team, you’ll gain exposure to a range of private and public cloud environments (i.e. AWS and Microsoft Azure) and like many others in our business,

**A bit about you**:

- You’re a natural problem solver and you love diagnosing and solving IT problems
- You’ve previously worked with a 24/7 managed services environment
- You’ve got strong infrastructure experience and knowledge, covering physical and virtual servers, networks, storage and Linux/Unix

**Some of the things you’ll do**:

- Investigate and resolve a range of Level 2 infrastructure issues
- Support customers private and public cloud environments
- Work closely with our service management teams, including incident, problem and change experts, as well as our Service Delivery Managers
- Please note, our NOC is a 24/7 operation and this role will work as part of a 24/7 roster (including weekends and public holidays)_
