Tilbrook Melaleuka Group (TMG) is a Western Australian family-owned enterprise that encompasses their cattle breeding program, farming, meat processing and retail, as well as their five hospitality venues that feature their home grown produce.

The heart of the business is their very own Melaleuka Farm (North Dandalup) which produces beef for their venues, which are located across Perth and the Great Southern. The business' vision is to bring to the public a true paddock-to-plate experience (farm-to-table).

They are currently looking for someone to join their expanding team as a Butcher Apprentice. The role is open to new and re-commencing butcher apprentices.

**About the role**

You will be working and learning alongside an experienced team as you work towards your Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher).

Day to day duties include, but not limited to:

- Processing meat using knives, cleavers, and other equipment
- Meat preparation and processing
- Ensuring work areas are clean and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards
- Other butcher duties as required
