Cellar Dock Hand

**Georges River 16ft Sailing Club **is bursting at the seams with expansion and a rare opportunity now exists for a Casual Cellar Dock Hand to support operations of the beverage dispense units across the venue.

The **Cellar Dock Hand **will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of beverage dispensing, tapping and rotating kegs, must be able to maintain immaculate inventory/stock lists along with a neat and clean workplace.

This role will also act as the Loading Dock controller and will coordinate all deliveries for the Clubs food and beverage outlets.

The position would ideally suit someone looking for work predominantly in the day as **s**hifts will average from 3-5 hours a shift or 10-15hrs per week.**

**We are looking for someone who**:

- ** Cellar experience** (preferred but not essential)
- Willing to learn stock systems, beer flow, stock rotation
- Assist the Events Team in set up for functions and events
- Can take responsibility for goods being received and distributed to service outlets
- Has** flexible availability**:

- Is **physically capable of completing tasks **with correct **manual handling techniques**:

- ** Paid at Level 3 casual rate** in accordance with the Registered and Licensed clubs Award.
