- About the opportunity
- Plain and simple, each day you get to start and finish your day by making a difference- Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, this will involve face to face, phone and on the job support-
- Identify any barriers that may impact upon ongoing employment and address them promptly-
- Monitor work placements for jobseekers towards the achievement of monthly targets- About you- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment-
- A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders-
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs-
- Analytically minded and able to interpret complex data to achieve outcomes-
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential- What we offer- An opportunity for a 9-day fortnight or an accrued day off every 4 weeks-
