Specialising in grain fed beef and Wagyu beef production, AACo owns and operates a strategic balance of properties, feedlots and farms comprising around 6.4 million hectares of land in Queensland and the Northern Territory. This equates to roughly 1% of Australia’s land mass.

This is an exciting time for AACo as they continue to produce and export premium Australian Wagyu. Due to their continued success, they have created a new role for a Digital Manager to join the team. As the Digital Manager, you will lead the development of AACo's digital marketing ecosystem to support AACo branded beef ambitions. The role will provide AACo commercial teams with the development of the digital strategy required to meet the commercial short-, mid
- and long-term outcomes. The role will lead the implementation of digital marketing solutions as well as support global brand strategy activation within digital through the ongoing management and performance optimization of owned channels (websites, social) and paid (display, social, search).

**Key responsibilities include**
- Partner closely with the global brand leads to provide digital expertise for strategy development / prioritization
- Map AACo’s current digital ecosystem needs to support brand strategy implementation and build roadmap of future requirements
- Design, build and maintain branded digital channels including websites, social media accounts as well as customer and consumer databases ensuring compliance to data privacy requirements
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, database marketing (CRM), social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, across all branded digital channels and propose adjustments to strategy / activities based on those insights
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and be responsible for dissemination across commercial stakeholders
- Collaborate with global brand teams on content / digital strategy and staged priorities to reach brand and corporate objectives
- Be responsible for the timely delivery of content across branded digital channels in line with campaign objectives leveraging martech solutions
- Develop database acquisition strategies in line with brand priorities and lead database profiling for use in CRM campaigns and personalization
- Select and engage external vendors (agencies, technology providers etc.) to support implementation of digital strategy and support growth.

**About you**
- 8+ years of digital experience across website development / management, social strategy, and paid media strategy / implementation
- Understanding of website development, UX/UI, use of CMS/ DAM’s and use of website analytics to drive performance
- Track record managing owned social accounts and engaging brand teams on content strategy recommendations (preferred)
- Track record of implementing paid media strategies, particularly social, display and SEM
- Experience in marketing automation / campaign development
- Practical experience working with CRM solutions (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce), Social Account Management (Instagram, Tick Tok, You Tube) and Google Ads
- Understanding of acquisition strategies for lead generations and B2B marketing & B2C e-commerce preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing social business accounts (Instagram ads, You Tube, Tik Tok and Google ads) and competence in Google Analytics (preferred)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate a long-term vision for digital and the necessary steps to achieve desired outcome
- Excellent organisation and project leadership skills with history of agency management.
