**The Company**
Our Terri Scheer brand is one of the market leaders in Landlord Insurance. We are looking for a vibrant, passionate and customer focused individual to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
This will be a full time Sales and Service role (total of 37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday only and start times rotating between 8.00am-9.30am.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team. Your role as part of Terri Scheer is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets. You will enjoy achieving KPI’s while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.
You will receive extensive product and industry training including personal advice accreditation to set you up for success in the role.
**What you’ll do**
- Take new & existing calls to assess eligibility, underwrite business insurance policies and make alterations to policies and cancellations.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
- Identify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
- Achieve customer sales, service and retention targets set for all customer segments.
**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service
- Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills
- To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations
- A high level of attention to detail
- Insurance experience is not required (we can teach you that)
- A thirst for knowledge and passion for helping customers is what we are after
