**Description**:
About the role

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a QA/Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team. The main responsibilities include:

- Support product commercialisation in the Greater China region through involvement in all aspects of the NPD and product registration process
- Assist the brand teams in reviewing promotional material and product claims to ensure compliance with relevant markets' regulations
- Assist the Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate with preparation of export documentation for customs clearance or documentation for external stakeholders
- Collaborate with QA department to resolve product-based customer queries
- Compose stability protocols and assist with stability testing as needed

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Degree qualified in a Life Science, Nutrition or a related discipline
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively within a culturally diverse and cross-functional team both domestically and abroad
- Highly adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Sound PC skills
- Self-motivated and mature minded
- Highly organized and good time management
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to succeed in this role

The following attributes are highly regarded
- 1 year or more experience in regulatory or QA role
- Understanding of the health food/supplement and skincare market in the China CBEC and general trade
- Basic understand of quality documentation and product review
- Basic understand of Australia TGA and FSANZ regulation
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in China, Hong Kong, Macau and/or Taiwan
