We are looking for a Valua ions Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a eam of valuers wi h he goal of ensuring ha proper y valua ions mee he highes s andards wi hin NAB. You'll be responsible for leading eams in residen ial and commercial projec s, managing budge s and large and small projec deadlines, as well as es ablishing s ra egic direc ion.

Your role will give you he oppor uni y o sink your ee h in o leading some exci ing valua ion projec s by:

- Coaching, leading, and men oring he valua ions eam in line wi h heir individual developmen plans
- Conduc raining sessions and eam mee ing locally and na ionally
- Conduc valua ion assignmen s for clien s across all asse ypes
- Facili a e nego ia ions be ween buyers and sellers by providing impar ial advice on marke condi ions
- Produce repor s in line wi h indus ry bes prac ice s andards

- Proven experience in leading, inspiring, equipping and managing a eam, s rong rela ionship influencing and managemen whils delivering s rong business performance and service delivery ou comes
- Effec ive communica ion skills, by working in par nership wi h key s akeholders, including developing and main aining good working rela ionships wi h s akeholders and colleagues across mul iple eams
- er iary qualifica ions in Valua ions wi h Membership of he Aus ralian Proper y Ins i u e as an Associa e or Fellow
- Business Acumen, Evalua ion and Execu ion in Equipping and Inspiring eams
- eam Engagemen skills, crea ing a clima e where people are mo iva ed o do heir bes o help he eam achieve i s objec ives
