**Your Exciting New Opportunity**:
Day-to-day, you will provide generalist HR advisory across multiple business units in our diverse organisation. You will partner with our people to provide generalist advice and lead end to end people and culture activities including:

- Employee experience and engagement initiatives
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations and interpretation
- Talent management, coaching and development
- Performance management
- HR projects, reporting and analytics

**You Are**:

- A values-based and customer-focused HR professional
- Able to communicate professionally and provide timely, accurate advice
- Able to quickly build trust-based relationships across our organisation
- A strong team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Comfortable operating flexibly and autonomously at times
- Well organised, with an attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft office products and ideally HR systems.
