**Opportunity to Tutor Groups**:
**_ Have you ever wanted to do group tutoring but never got the time or students to?_** Maybe you’ve been doing one-on-one tutoring so far, and now you want to explore group tutoring? As a VCE tutor at Contour, rather than tutoring one student at a time, you can now motivate groups of students with your knowledge and experience without the hassle of more admin work and finding students.

All you have to do is prepare for your tutoring session by reading over the class workbooks beforehand, and provide an excellent tutoring experience to your students :)

**Competitive Pay and Compensation***:
**_We're also introducing a new compensation model in 2024 _**where you'll also share part of the revenue generated by your classes. We want you to feel rewarded for introducing students to Contour and doing a great job at making them happy, so if Contour grows, you'll grow with it
- In some circumstances, if you already have private students but want to transfer them over to Contour, we can potentially even provide payouts so you can move all your tutoring work to us. Win-win_
