**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of 160 properties
- Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports
- Manage tenant enquiries, maintenance requests, and rent arrears
- Conduct tenant reference checks and lease sign-ups
- Conduct rental appraisals and market analysis
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Work closely with the team to achieve common goals and targets

**Requirements**:

- Must have an Agents Rep certificate
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Property Me software (preferred)
- Experience in property management (1-2 years minimum is desirable)
