**About the opportunity**

**_Because of you, Nephrologists & Renal Nurses will be effectively trained & educated, positively impacting patient management_**

A newly created position presents for a Clinical Product Specialist to promote the organisation’s dialysis equipment range across Victoria’s Nephrology market.

Partnering with Nephrologists and aligned customers, you will be responsible for identifying and building KOL business relationships, with a strong objective to increase market share. You will be focus strongly on education and training, to ensure effective use of the equipment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Nursing / clinical background within Nephrology / Haemodialysis / Renal / Critical care, highly regarded.
- ECMO clinical skills, ideal, but not essential.
- Proven experience in in-servicing / education / training.
- Proven sales within Critical care (ICU) sales, highly regarded.
- Demonstrated capabilities in relationship building & management, crucial.
- Strong capabilities in critical thinking & troubleshooting.
- Commercially savvy, with capabilities to effectively territory plan.
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Nursing qualification and/or Tertiary Education
