Davidson technology has partnered with a utility company. They’re seeking an experience IT administration support officer to work closely with IT staff and IT project managers. Offering an initial 11-month contract with scope for extension and work from home with the occasional day in the office.

What you will be doing:

- Processing purchase orders and invoices, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures are maintained.
- Assisting the IT PMO with a range of activities including but not limited to following up on status reports, project health checks and outstanding tasks.
- Utilizing internal processes and templates for contract administration, electronic filing, timesheets, and other general administration tasks.
- Your knowledge of IT administration and IT project Management practices, preferable within purchasing or IT finance functions.
- Your experience using specialist tools and techniques with SharePoint, MS office suite and Oracle e-business suite.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including your ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.
