**Deal Coordinator/**
**Receptionist** with great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic team in a dual role as a

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, licensing vehicles, deal book management, daily banking, and completing general administrative tasks to dealership personnel.

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Vehicle Licensing, Registration Renewals and plate swaps
- Deal book management
- Compiling Deal Packs, Compliance Checking, Document Archiving
- Daily Banking for dealerships in the region
- Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the Administration team
- Rostered/Relief Reception duties shared amongst other Deal Co-Ordinators on a limited basis

You will ideally possess:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
