Duties and responsibilities

Handling customer accounts, inbound sales.

Providing customers with product quotes.

Ensuring all data entry and order processing are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Comply with policies, procedures & quality standards within industry regulations.

Skills and Experience

Previous Customer Service experience is highly desirable.

Strong levels of personal presentation and attention to detail.

Firm computer understanding and ability to learn.

Positive attitude and willingness to work.

Driver’s licence required.
