**flexi**commercial is a specialist asset financier operating in both Australia and New Zealand and part of the publicly listed company humm Group Limited. We work closely with accredited finance brokers, providing commercial decisions and fast turnaround times to help keep their hard-working business customers thriving with the assets they need.

**What’s so exciting about this role?**

We are looking for students, studying a **finance** related degree with at least 18 months remaining, to join us on a casual basis, working on average 3 days a week. You will provide general support to the **flexi**commercial team across Account Management, Credit, Settlements, Asset Lifecycle and Accreditations with a core focus on efficiently servicing the needs of our finance broker clients to facilitate their customers’ equipment finance needs. You will receive on the job training across the various teams working in our office in The Rocks, Sydney. Ultimately, you will learn finance in the real world

**What does an average day look like?**

You’ll use your entry level to intermediate finance knowledge to provide administrative and general support as required to deliver an exceptional broker and customer experience across **flexi**commercial. This is likely to include:

- Assisting the Settlements team to review and settle transactions.
- Helping brokers and customers with information requests as part of the Asset Lifecycle team.
- Working collaboratively with Credit, Sales Operations and Sales to accredit brokers and suppliers.
- Working on ad-hoc projects as required.
- Assisting in the implementation of new practices and programs to meet organisational
- and broker needs.
- Assist with the implementation of marketing plans and promotions to brokers.
- Communicating with brokers to assist them either directly in their requirements or referring them to the appropriate department.

**Who will thrive in this role?**

We’re looking for someone who is studying a finance related degree (economics, commerce, business, accounting etc) and brings:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, MSWord and Excel.
- Ability to empathise with customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Good numerical, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Aptitude for taking on new initiatives and rolling your sleeves up.
- High level organisation and administration skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders as well as work independently.
