**About the Role**

In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient support and co-ordination of Peugeot and Citroen sales business. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be a main conduit for the dealer network in assisting with all sales, aftersales and operational enquiries.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Manage and respond to any dealer network and sales and aftersales team feedback and enquiries to resolution within a 24-hour period (written or verbal) where necessary, ensuring information is recorded in line with company guidelines
- Provide on the job advise to the dealer network (including new staff, CSI related training, vehicle and parts logistics)
- Prepare and regularly distribute the dealer networks qualitative and quantitative results (i.e. WOI, KPI, bulletins, shipping reports etc - including aftersales) against targets to key stakeholders were necessary
- Co-ordination and management of sales demonstrator fleet to ensure all movements are recorded and maximise their utilisation
- Provide a commercial focus to management of overheads, ensuring that expenditure is contained within budget
- Ensure that effective customer relationships are maintained with business partners and the dealer network to encourage growth of their business with our product and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business

**About You**
- At least 1 years’ administrative position experience
- Experience in a fast-moving sales environment
- Valid NSW driver licence
- Natural networker to build effective relations across various teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage own workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous dealership or OEM experience
- Over 3 years’ experience in sales support
