Are you an experienced ADAS-qualified diver seeking a rewarding leadership role? Join us at our stunning Hideaway Bay site as a Dive Supervisor.

**The role**

As a Dive Supervisor, you will ensure high safety standards and compliance with legislative requirements and Huon’s policies, guiding the team to maintain best practices in all dive operations. You will:

- Lead and mentor dive crew, assisting with the induction and training of new team members.
- Champion safety by identifying hazards and oversee dive operations to ensure they are conducted in compliance with Huon SOPs.
- Conduct pre and post-dive briefings, communicating any restrictions or safety measures.
- Perform various dive-related tasks, including net repairs, general maintenance, infrastructure inspections, and retrieval of mortalities.

Located at our Hideaway Bay site, this opportunity operates on a full-time basis with a 7 day on, 7 days off roster.

- You can make sound decisions with proven experience in meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- You have demonstrated your ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
- You can undertake the physically demanding requirements of this role in a safe manner.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive focus on continually looking to improve processes.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate III in aquaculture (Diving)
- ADAS Dive Supervisor qualification
- A current Dive medical or ability to obtain.
- Current First Aid and Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate.
- A current and valid Driver’s licence.
