**Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Managing all site planned and unplanned maintenance-
- Maintaining all maintenance parts and service parts stock levels-
- Ensuring that planned maintenance is carried out correctly-
- Planning maintenance and repairs with Production Superintendent-
- Maintaining required maintenance records on site, and to Plant Manager-
- Maintaining Action Drill and Blast tooling, including correct usage-
- General Supervision and leadership of the maintenance work group-
- Ensuring employees are trained and competent to carry out their duties-
- Assisting in workforce planning-
- Making sure that work is performed in an efficient and safe manner-
- Being involved in continuous improvement initiatives-
- Adhering to all Safety Procedures and Company Policies-
- Keeping all registers up to date at all times-
- Ensuring Machinery/Equipment is kept up to OEM Specifications and Compliant to Site or Company standards.**Experience required**:
- Multiple years of maintenance experience in the mining industry-
- Good Problem solving skills-
- Good Computer Literacy-
- Excellent Diagnostic skills-
- Leadership qualities and strong communication skills-
- Significant Fleet knowledge-
- Relevant Trade Certificates-
- S123 and G2 (desirable)
