**Job Description**:
**Work Location**: Kewdale, WA

An opportunity for a skilled **Finance Analyst** to join our TOLL Global Logistics Resource & Industrials - Security Sensitive team where you will focus on providing judgment to support complex accounting issues for the Security Sensitive Business Unit.

Our remit is to be capability orientated to deliver business partnering & achieving effective value add decision making, to be readily & easily understood by the customer & adaptable for ongoing continuous improvement. This includes preparation, meaningful analysis, intrinsic understanding & presentation of reports and KPIs reflecting earnings, profits & other financial results that enable business stakeholders to make fully informed decisions on performance improvement.

As the **Finance Analyst,** you will be responsible for:

- Support budget / forecast process, including consolidation of business unit reporting and discussions with business unit Managers for respective areas of responsibility
- Under guidance from the West Senior Commercial Manager, responsible for Profit and Loss and associated discussion and commentary with operational Managers and the West Regional Manager
- Analyse actual vs budget / forecast variances and provide effective commentary to business units and West Regional Manager
- Prepare/Review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and lead resolution of reconciliation issues with the business and Finance
- Identify cost control and expense reduction opportunities
- Actively involved in financial reporting issues and suggest and implement improvements
- Responsible for month end accounting / journals

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum of 3 + years management or financial accounting experience
- Comprehensive finance reporting & operational metrics experience
- Strong analytical & problem-solving capability & aptitude
- Mature & adaptable outlook able to proactively embrace change & improvement
- Strong communication & relationships skills including ability to develop strong business partnering
- Exhibit a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- PowerBI experience highly advantageous
- CPA/CA/CIMA qualification or part qualification
