As Automation and Application Specialist, you will be part of the Applications and Analytics Team within the Digital Services Section of the ICT Branch. You will be responsible for developing and managing automation solutions, with a focus on improving data integration, optimisation, and process flows between systems. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop and implement automation solutions
- Enhance data integration and optimisation across different systems
- Fine-tuning automation scripts and algorithms, increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide technical support and training to ensure effective usage of new systems and tools

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, and/or substantial proven experience within the desired areas
- Relevant professional qualifications in Microsoft Power Platform or similar platforms
- Experience with process automation and working in IT programming development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting

This is a permanent, full-time position, Level 6 with a salary commencing at $100,533 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
