**The Role**

As a State Visual Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for all Visual Merchandising throughout your Region, supporting profitable sales growth through the development of the Area Visual Team and the implementation of retail standards and commercial stock management.

This role will oversee all stores in VIC, SA and WA, with VIC being your base state. Reporting into the National Visual Merchandise Manager, you will work closely with your Area Visual Merchandiser’s and Area Managers to make educated, commercial decisions to drive sales growth in relation to store layouts which aligns to the JD Sports customer and brand image.
- Review all key financial KPI’s to deliver growth v budget
- Monitor and interpret sales and product rankings on a regular basis
- Recruit, induct and train Area VM team, building bench strength for future expansion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key departments to achieve innovative, creative outcomes
- Lead and coach the Area VM team to deliver visual excellence in line with company guidelines
- Manage visual updates and communication direction to stores
- Lead visual set-up of new store openings
- Visit all stores on regular rotation to develop Area/Cluster team and identify priorities
- Able to interpret and reflect local/seasonal trends and influences, whilst maintaining cooperate identity
- Liaise with Buying Team to understand brand/stock priorities to maximise visual
- Commerciality
- Liaise with Marketing team to support the execution of all in-store campaigns
- Develop Area/Cluster VM Manager to deliver consistent visual standards across all stores
- Contribute to seasonal sale/offer VM guidelines to ensure effective store set-up
- Support Area VM Manager with all campaign, product launch imagery execution in store

**Who You Are?**
- 2-5 years in a Senior VM role across multiple sites
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and can provide educated, articulate and concise feedback
- A commercial individual with a creative personality who can establish with effective visual solutions when required
- An ability to deliver success through motivation and development of your team ensuring all tasks are carried out punctually and to a high standard
- Intermediate excel, word and PowerPoint skills
