- Collaborate with clients to determine design specifications.
- Estimate and detail truss systems for residential and commercial buildings.
- Organize blueprints for architects and construction crews.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Supervise fabrication staff to enhance safety and productivity.
- Assist in designing buildings, structures, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys at heights for data collection and project assessment.
- Produce technical drawings, plans, and specifications with a focus on rope access safety.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and architects.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
- Conduct tests and analysis on materials and structures to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and address operational challenges.
- Execute rope access operations in challenging or high-access areas.

**Skills or experience required for the position.**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building and Construction, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a roof truss detailer/estimator or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards, particularly in relation to rope access operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively at height or in challenging environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high standard of safety.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications.
- IRATA certification with a valid license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
