**Position**: Part-Time Warehouse Packer (Temp view to permanent)
**Location**: Victoria
**Working Hours**: 10 AM - 2 PM, Monday to Friday, 3-5 shifts per week
**Compensation**: Victoria minimum pay rate + super and annual leave

Company Introduction

We are a small family business with a small team, operating in a fast-paced and friendly team environment. Our industry specializes in parts and accessories warehouse distribution. We process orders online, pick and pack products, and perform various other warehouse duties.

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Warehouse Packer to join our busy team. This is a casual part-time role with a high potential for permanent part-time placement based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and quickly pack products for shipment
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

**Requirements**:

- **Fast Hands**: Ability to pack quickly without compromising accuracy
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality packing standards
- **Punctuality**: Reliable and on-time for all scheduled shifts
- **Teamwork**: Strong team player with a great work ethic
- **Experience**: Proven working experience in a fast-paced working environment is required
