**The Opportunity**

The Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute (ARMI) in conjunction with the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI) is seeking to appoint a Resources & Scientific Services Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality scientific services to support the operations of both Institutes.

Using senior-level specialist knowledge, this position will oversee a range of significant and complex scientific activities that play a critical role in supporting the delivery of research & teaching within the Institutes and this may also include OHS, regulatory compliance, equipment, refurbishments, equipment relocations and infrastructure management across the ARMI/BDI footprint.

The Resources & Scientific Services Manager will also contribute to strategic and operational planning of the business units as well as plan, manage & coordinate all shared equipment & infrastructure in accordance with operational standards, university policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

Ideally we are seeking someone with postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in building and infrastructure management, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.

The successful applicant will need to possess a current valid Police Check.
