**Part Time - DIPLOMA Educator**:

**About the Role**:
Our **Rhodes (Went-worth Point)** location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals. These positions would be suitable for Early Childhood Professionals with their** Diploma i**n Early Childhood, or interest in working towards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

**About You**:

- Compassionate, considerate and kind
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or interest in working toward)
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Working with Childrens Check
- ** Part Time 2 - 3 days a week** - Flexible
