**Your New Opportunity**:
An excellent **full time**, **permanent** opportunity exists for a **Warehouse Credits **Officer **to join our dynamic team based at our Wacol, **National Parts Distribution Centre** where you will support the parts supply chain team in our warehouse facility. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Provide an efficient and accurate service to Penske branches and independent dealers by processing credit requests in accordance with departmental goals, policies & procedures / guidelines relating to parts and associated products;
- Investigate and authorise requests for parts returns and core returns for credit within the companies Delegation of Authority (DoA) approval limits;
- Work with National Inventory Management and Purchasing teams to ensure supplier related matters and /or return condition improvement initiatives are communicated and implemented.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate processing when recording credit transactions in company systems;
- Identify and recommend improvement initiatives for warehouse errors
- Identify and resolve anomalies in credit and core requests;
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and customers;
- Identify cost saving opportunity and process improvements;
- Assist with warehouse activities as required

**About You**:

- Parts product knowledge and familiarity with heavy vehicle and engine industry;
- Customer service experience;
- Administration experience;
- Credit / Core Return / Warranty experience;
- A strong customer focus;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Forklift (LF,LO) licence.
