Our global advertising and marketing agency is seeking a talented CX Planner to join their team.

As a CX Planner, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands and help them continue to deliver innovative and effective solutions that exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behavior, needs, and preferences.
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with client business objectives and brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and deliver effective CX solutions.
- Monitor and measure CX performance, using data analytics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging CX trends and technologies, and bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met and that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate CX strategy and performance to clients and company leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CX planning and implementation.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective CX strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
