We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Regional Travel and Accommodation Manager. This role is critical to the support of our Clients and remote site Operations Teams ensuring strong system, compliance, data, and high volume workforce movement management.

As the Manager you will oversee our high performing Travel and Accommodation bookings Team, therefore a positive and engaging leadership style is required.

Importantly, you will bring technical expertise, problem solving and strong customer service skills to resolve issues and generate creative solutions which benefit all internal and external clients. With a background in remote sites travel & accommodation management you will have in-depth experience with the INX system (or equivalent) to enable you to setup, identify, resolve, and create system efficiencies to our current workforce management and bookings solutions.

You will be responsible for all internal and external client-based travel & accommodation systems, process roll outs as well as all continuous improvement and ongoing training while overseeing the performance of the Travel and Accommodation Management business function. You will have the ability and responsibility to customize systems and processes to provide for continuous improvement and absolute best practice of this function across our business with the support of multiple internal SMEs and the centralized travel and accommodation team.

This role is key in building relationships with our clients at all levels and ensuring the service we provide them is of superior quality as well as a pleasant experience.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide input and documentation to support Sodexo tenders, improvement plans and growth initiatives.
- Manage system customisation, testing and improvements in collaboration with our system providers.
- Manage and support the centralised travel and accommodation team with the accurate and timely administration of travel and accommodation arrangements for internal and external clients, ensuring compliance to all applicable procedures and business rules.
- Liaise with executives and senior management to proactively propose system or process improvements and address any concerns or training requirements for our onsite administration teams.
- Co-ordinate and communicate process policies, procedures and updates relating to Travel and Accommodation management to all relevant internal and external administrators and bookers across the business.
- Perform monthly reporting of all travel and accommodation related KPI’s, including costs, missed savings, compliance, optimisation, and performance statistics.
- Maintain accurate data and conduct regular audits to ensure system data compliance and ongoing data accuracy.
- Manage key client relationships to ensure the Travel and Accommodation function support their requirements and foster a strong level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all Travel & Accommodation management training documents are maintained and that all relevant training for new internal and external administrators is performed regularly and to a high level.
- Provide after-hours coverage where required for emergency travel and accommodation related escalations.

There will be a requirement to travel occasionally to sites to provide training, meet with key internal and external clients and review service performance.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Workforce or logistics management/ Travel and Accommodation management or alternative leadership role utilising INX systems
- Previous experience with booking travel, Amex and Inflight (desirable, but not essential)
- An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
- Understanding of rostering principals (desirable, but not essential)
- Strong aptitude for understanding systems from back end to user facing general utilisation.
- Relevant experience servicing energy & resources clients
