**What You’ll Do**

As the Formats Innovation Marketing Manager you will partner with Endeavour Format and Endeavour X (EDX - Digital Innovation) teams execute the Brand Framework & Strategy into an in-store environment as we expand our leading fleet of new and differentiated Store Formats. You will champion customer first thinking and innovation to create a customer experience (CX) journey that is world class and rethinks how retail uses bricks & mortar space and communication and its connection to the digital world.
- Champion how the brand is overlaid across Marketing, Space and Materiality within new store formats in order to protect our format consistency.
- Input into architect/DA briefs & documentation on brand framework and style guide.
- Advise on how brand influences the staffing and customer service requirements for the store format as well as the visual merchandising.
- Establish a clear comms hierarchy that can be adapted across the digital CX journey as well as events and experiences including but not exclusive to local area marketing.
- Partner with the Head of Brand, Visual Merchandising Manager, Format and Ops, State Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure all are consulted and their expertise pulled into the program when required.
- Lead format trials within the existing fleet to protect store fixtures and signage solutions for future stores.
- Collaborate with Campaign leads to execute meaningful Local Area Marketing Campaigns to promote newly built stores.
- Budget Management & Project Management of marketing led timelines within the wider Format project scope.
- Working with the Head of Brand & Format, manage and execute any ad hoc brand and service related projects.
- Partner with and contribute to Endeavour X initiatives that drive integration between online and in store.
- Continuously leverage data & insights to drive customer-first solutions.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be the wearer of many hats, you will love to connect the dots and be the glue. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- New Format Development experience from a Marketing or Visual Merchandising perspective.
- Retail experience on shop floor and customer first thinking.
- Knowledgeable and confident in the world of Liquor.
- Generalist Marketing role or Brand Manager experience will be looked upon favourably.
- Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated career history working in a dedicated Marketing or Visual Merchandising environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
