APG Workforce are industry leaders in employment and labour hire services throughout Australia. We are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to be based at our client’s site located near Geelong. This is a part time position working 4 days per week, however this can be negotiated.

**The Role**
Based at our client’s plant, you will be responsible for servicing their staffing requirements for both their plant as well as their farm located in Bannockburn.

**Duties**:

- Advertise, source, screen and interview applicants
- Conduct Reference Checks
- Client Onboarding/Inductions
- WHS Risk Assessments and Employee Toolboxes
- Client and Employee Engagement
- Administrative tasks to maintain compliance

**Requirement to see you succeed**
Recruitment is a career where you have a real passion and enjoyment working with people of all levels. This is a great position for a Recruitment consultant seeking part time hours or an Administrator wanting to get their foot in the door in the recruitment industry.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage your day by multi-task, prioritising, thinking outside the box and having a ‘whatever it takes’ approach
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft package and computer systems
- Own car and drivers licence is a must as you will be required to travel between Geelong and Bannockburn
- Fully Vaccinated
