**About the role**- The Social Worker works to effectively achieve optimum outcomes for patients, families and carers by utilising organisational and community resources, and operating within the Single Service, Multiple Site model.- The incumbent participates in quality improvement activities and research projects as required/ instructed to support best practice and to optimise service delivery and outcomes.**Qualfications**
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers**About CALHN**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
