**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our established HR Governance & Remuneration Team. The Remuneration & Benefits Advisor will work

This role is a fixed term contract to year end 2023, with a view to permanency in 2024.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement remuneration and benefits strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of industry and market data to ensure our remuneration and benefits programs are competitive.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and HR partners on remuneration and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations/grading, salary reviews, promotions, and other remuneration-related decisions.
- Collaborate with HR, Executives and Finance to manage the annual remuneration review process.
- Lead and manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including employee insurances, wellbeing benefits, superannuation, and other related programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remuneration and benefits to continuously improve our programs and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives related to remuneration and benefits.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Tertiary qualified, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field
- 3 years experience across the technical areas of remuneration, benefits & reward
- Strong data analytics skills with high levels of experience in G-suite or MS Office
- Strong problem solving skills, demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively manage and challenge stakeholders
- Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded
- A broad understanding of all aspects of HR
