**The Hotel**
Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is a premium 4.5-star resort style hotel overlooking the beautiful, white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sydney's picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and on track to be one of the best food & beverage, accommodation & event venues in NSW.

**About The Role**

As a Night Auditor at Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach, you'll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our valued guests. We are seeking a reliable and motivated night owl to be a part of our fantastic Front Office team as a part-time Night Auditor. You will be the face of the hotel overnight, ensuring our guests are looked after in the highest standard as well as the safety and security for the property. Approximately 24 hours per week, working the 2300-0700 shift. Late night, early morning & weekend penalty rates in addition to hourly wage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Completing thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making the necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
- Maximise guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property
- Ensuring reservations details for in-house guests are recorded correctly
- Completing relevant computer tasks in relation to Night Audit functions including posting room charges and daily room revenue
- Carrying out reception duties as required

**About You**
- Professional experience in a similar role.
- Tech savvy, proficient Microsoft skills.
- Experience with a Property Management Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and make quick analytical decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Positive attitude and customer focused

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.52 - $38.70 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
