We are working with a reputable, and established law firm committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. They currently seek a Licensed Conveyancer due to growth, you will contribute in delivering top-notch conveyancing services.

**THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of national residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. Your duties will include:

- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and solicitors.
- Handling exchange of contracts and settlements.
- Resolving any legal or procedural issues that may arise during transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**YOU**:
To be successful in this role you must have:

- A valid license as a Conveyancer.
- Proven experience in residential and some commercial conveyancing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with PEXA
