Sign Maker

This position is based at the City’s Bibra Lake Operations Centre (Depot) and will create, install and maintain a variety of signage throughout the City of Cockburn. Signage at the City includes street signs, information signs, banners and bin posts and signage solutions must be cost effective, safe and functional. This role assists trade personnel when required and ensures the Sign Shop assets are maintained. This role is responsible for graffiti removal within required timeframes. This role will also provide assistance to the Facilities team with tasks such as workstation modification when required.

**The successful applicant will need to possess**:

- Experience using small tools and plant in a maintenance environment
- Capable of rigorous physical labour including working safely on a ladder
- Current Drivers Licence (manual)
- Computer literacy
- Construction Safety card (White Card)

**Salary**: $68,592 - $69,712 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

**Work Hours**: 9-day fortnight, 6.30am start.
