**ETC** are searching for a switched-on and engaging **Jobs Advisor** to join the **Digital Services Team** in **Nerang**. This is a **full-time role **with the added benefit of a** monthly accrued day off (ADO).**

The focus of this role is to engage with customers through various digital media platforms (e.g. phone, text, MS Teams) to ensure they remain actively engaged throughout their journey to obtain sustainable employment. You will be contacting customers regularly to develop strong working relationships and liaising with employers and internal departments to identify and refer them to suitable employment and training opportunities.

You live and breathe exceptional customer service and can confidently negotiate or hold a conversation with anyone, whether they are a customer or employer. This is a busy role, so you need impeccable time management skills with a strong motivation to achieve positive outcomes and KPI’s. Most of all, you have a genuine drive to see your customers succeed and have the skills and capability to support this.

Previous experience in the industry will be highly regarded, however no experience is required for this role and comprehensive training will be provided.

**Essential requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
