The role is based at Toowoomba, QLD in a progressive Certified Organic family business. Inglewood Farms is the largest certified organic chicken farm in Australia.

Essential Requirements
- Must have exceptional knife handling skills including the demonstrated ability to debone chicken;
- Be able to perform duties in a timely manner
- Be hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Be fit and healthy, with the ability to be able to perform repetitive tasks;
- Must be able to follow directions and instructions
- Must be eligible to work in Australia

Skills Required
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Butchering skills an advantage.
- Previous experience in poultry processing and deboning is an advantage.
- Working with fresh food requires high levels of hygiene and adherence to food safety practices.
- Good fitness levels are required to perform repetitive tasks and the ability to manually handle 5-15kg.
