Sushi Chefs are responsible for kiosks with regards to the:
- Planning and Preparing Sushi Products
- Setting up and execution of food items
- Maintaining standards of quality and service
- Ensuring only safe and high quality products are served to our customers.
Sushi Chefs ideally have 1-3 years sushi experience, with demonstrable knowledge of all kitchen operations. Food Safety Supervisor qualifications will be an advantage. Hospitality certification beneficial but not essential.
