Concrete Formworker

We are currently partnering with a family-run business who have been in the Rammed Earth industry for over 30 years. Collaborating with top designers, architects and contractors in the industry, they operate both large-scale commercial and retail projects.
We are looking for a Leading Hand Concrete Formworker to play a crucial role in a high-end residential project.
This role is an ongoing contract role for a minimum of 6 months - based in Sydney NSW.
Responsibilities include;
- Perform concrete and formwork tasks, demonstrating exceptional expertise and attention to detail.
- Effectively interpret and implement architectural plans, ensuring accurate execution of the construction process.
- Create and maintain product schedules and safety protocols to ensure deadlines are met, and the safety of the site is kept to industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager to provide updates on project progress.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience in concrete formwork is essential.
- Experience in residential conctrete formwork is desired but not essential.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Experience in rammed earth construction is desirable but not essential.
- A basic understanding of steel fixing and concreting practices.
- You must have your own tools inclusive of a: Hammer, circular saw, nail bag, level and tape at the very minimum.
