**The Role**:

- Our well known client is kicking off a 3+ year ERP transformation and on the lookout for a Data Lead with ERP Transformation experience on a contract basis.
- Close working relationships with the ERP Program Management Group, including the Program Manager, Program Director and Program Business Leads

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Project and resource co-ordination, particularly for the Data, Analytics & Insight Unit’s involvement in and validation of the program from a technical perspective
- Contribute to data-related activities for internal change required to support the new ways of working utilised to deliver strategic outcomes
- Providing guidance and advice on the key program and project processes by offering constructive feedback and challenge on the proposed options and alternatives, and providing an independent view on the delivery risk profile
- Participate in operating model design, detailed ERP design, configuration, data cleansing and migration, system integration, testing, training and transition management

**About You**:

- 7+ years as a Data Specialist
- Solid skills in data migration (including ETL), data quality assessment and data cleansing activities
- Ability to run workshops with functional stakeholders to determine Business Analytics and Reporting Requirements
- ERP and process design and implementation skills driven by software “best practices”
- Digital Transformation skills, with understanding of data flow, process, automation, delegation matrix, and role mapping
- ERP Software and System Integrator vendor selection acumen, as well as vendor management skills across throughout the program and project lifecycle (particularly design and implementation)
