**The Position**:
The position of Property Manager is to head up and provide leadership and management of a brand new 18,500 sq meters, 6-star green star and 5.5-star NABERS rated commercial asset in Collingwood. You will also manage another 25,500 sq meter commercial property in Brisbane with a single government tenant. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager for APAC, you will meet the investment objectives of the owner as well as maintain positive relationships with tenants. With a team of 4 staff: a tenant liaison officer, two facilities managers and an assistant property manager, you will drive outcomes and service delivery.**
**Your key responsibilities will be **_focused on operational delivery and presentation of the assets _**to include but not be limited to**:

- Providing leadership, direction, mentoring and support to your team of 4 staff and building a cohesive and collaborative team culture;
- Taking a proactive approach to developing new systems and documentation for a new commercial asset in line with investment strategies and long-term operational delivery success
- Managing all fiscal activities, maintaining full P&L responsibility, preparing budgets, and estimating capital expenditures.
- Supporting the marketing and leasing strategy for both current and prospective tenants and collaborating with asset managers or owners to meet performance objectives.
- Serving as the primary contact with the owner representatives and preparing special ownership reports as needed.

**Your Skillsets and Attributes**:

- As a Property Manager, you will be confident and skilled in managing a team and establishing processes and operational readiness for a new building.
- You will be service-oriented and build a fabulous rapport with tenants and take pride in the overall presentation of your assets.
- A systematic and documented approach is required to ensure agreements are formally recorded and in order.
- Solid entrepreneurial mentality and a hands-on approach.
- Sound understanding of fundamental commercial real estate concepts and financial principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in property, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
