**What you’ll do**
The State Installation Manager - Refrigeration, is responsible for the overall operation of the installation team within Victorian and Tasmania. Working closely with the State Construction & Fit-Out Team to facilitate the successful delivery of the state's construction projects through outstanding stakeholder management, quality control, cost control and safety performance to maximise sales potential and provide superior customer amenity with mínimal customer disruption. This is a middle level leadership role with a large focus on leading and driving engagement within the immediate team and across the 360 Group platform.

In the role, your responsibilities will be:

- Lead a high performance team through active engagement and collaboration to provide excellent service levels both within Plan and Construct, as well as more broadly across the Brands within Woolworths in a true partnership model.
- End to end P&L budget management for the state.
- Support the development of all pricing and the project allocation strategy for all refrigeration investment (design, installation, equipment procurement & maintenance).
- As part of the Woolworths Plan and Construct group within the 360 group platform, you will work closely with Facilities Management and state Property stakeholders in the early design and planning stages concept to ensure appropriate outcomes for refrigeration projects. Assist in the identification, initiation and delivery of the business units’ energy and greenhouse emissions minimisation strategies.

**What you’ll bring**
Beneficial to your success in this role will be:

- Proven team leadership experience - Construction or trade environment preferable
- Minimum 5 years experience in the refrigeration installation or engineering industry, ideally in Supermarket refrigeration.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an engineering or science discipline, desired.
- Experience dealing with senior managers at all levels in an organisation.
- Strong understanding of engineering systems, including design, installation & maintenance.
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration
- High levels of commercial business acumen
- Understanding of the industry specifically, to an FMCG retail operation and the impact maintenance activities have on that environment.
- Understanding of compliance requirements with relevant codes, Australian Standards and other statutory provisions. Current, valid Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
