Are you looking to balance work and lifestyle? Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is looking for an energetic and passionate Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our Marketing Team.

**About the role**

As the Multimedia Specialist you will be working across all our print and digital marketing and communication requirements, you will have extensive experience in designing and managing the process of producing video content.

You will be a natural storyteller, able to create, edit, produce and deliver innovative and engaging content across all our digital and traditional platforms.

From your initial creative idea through to completion, you will own the process and the outcome and be responsible for taking initial concepts through to finished art and production.

You will be an effective multi tasker, able to deliver quickly and accurately on briefs, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and produce all marketing materials for our business.
- Create a range of digital visual content including video for the website, online advertising and social channels.
- Design and produce all club print requirements, including promotional material, signage, and stationary.
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator to keep the company website looking fresh and up-to-date with all promotions.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator and club teams to develop and deliver the assets they require to promote their programs and activities.
- Seek and embrace opportunities to proactively improve our visual brand across all channels.
- Procurement and creation of photography and video assets, and assist with the coordination of brand photoshoots.
- Maintain our library of marketing assets.
- Work within the boundaries of established master brand guidelines.
- From time to time present creative concepts and design ideas for new logos and other visual identity elements in the development of sub brands for future products and programs.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with club staff, support office staff and external suppliers.
- Assist the Marketing Communications Coordinator with social media marketing activities.
- Additional duties as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Tertiary qualifications in design or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years marketing department experience within Fitness Industry.
- A high standard of Photography and/or videography skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of competence using Adobe CC. (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Demonstrate a high level of competence using Video Editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
- Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Highly creative and conceptual design skills and the ability to execute ideas flawlessly
- Be able to work collaboratively with the team whilst also being able to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Ability to interpret a brief, or write reverse briefs as required.
- Expert knowledge of production and creative process in print and digital
- Ability to manage a creative idea from concept, to brief, to execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Passion for health and fitness

**Desired Skills**
- Website editing skills and additional knowledge in HTML, CSS will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge and experience in social media and current marketing trends.
