- Assist in managing the revenue collection process, including non-patient billing, in strict adherence to NSW Health/NSW Ambulance policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring meticulous maintenance of records as per NSW Health policy directives.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports, contributing to the effective management of revenue-related data.
- Play an active role in the development, improvement, and implementation of new processes and systems related to customer service, continuously striving for excellence.
- Foster a positive team culture within Revenue Operations by actively participating in team building and culture improvement exercises.
**Essential Requirements**

- Possess the ability to communicate effectively with individuals who have experienced medical emergencies, displaying empathy and accurate information dissemination through various communication channels.

- Exhibit excellent time management skills, capable of balancing priorities and handling diverse tasks with mínimal supervision.

- Familiarity with call center processes and a strong knowledge of industry practices to handle various customer and business enquiries.
